I went to Brookdale Farmington Hills. The director, who managed them, and gave me the interview, was extremely prissy. I idea that information technology was nice, and looked pretty, information technology looked clean. But when I entered the facility, I don't know if it's my imagination, but it seemed darker to me, it didn't seem as light every bit what I like. It could have been the pigment, it could have been the fashion it was busy, it only seemed a lilliputian darker, but otherwise, information technology was very nice. That's the one that had like a little patio or a little porch, from the living room, y'all go on outside and you're on a porch. That was a nice feature.

Brookdale Farmington Hills was nice. The lady who presented the tour was very good, merely it was but not quite what my sister was looking for. The unit was smaller, and so she wasn't comfy with it. I actually liked Brookdale Farmington Hills. I liked the building and the person who took me through, she was very pleasant, but information technology turned out to be more expensive. They didn't have a two-bedroom available, just she showed me one where we just asked the people living there if we could go in and they let u.s.a. go in. She said I could motion to a one-bedroom first, and and so in one case the two-chamber is available, I could movement. That really didn't sound like something that I actually wanted to do, merely they were all professional.

Brookdale Farmington Hills was kind of a rundown identify. I wasn't really impressed. The staff was squeamish, merely the building itself was mode older. The units were a little small and rundown. They had a dazzler salon, a fiddling room with some books, and a gathering expanse. The dining area was similar cafeteria-ish. To me, the whole facility was kind of rundown and old. I wouldn't want to live at that place, and I know my mother wouldn't want to live there. They need to update and clean things up. They take to remodel it.

Brookdale Farmington Hills is our third choice. We went in person, only we didn't go through the whole edifice. We merely saw their sample model set up and their vestibule. They likewise had video tours. We merely got inside and looked at the room, but we didn't become to go through the room or annihilation else. The apartments at Brookdale Farmington Hills were prissy, but the place was really not kept up well. The staff members did their chore, answered all our questions, and were pleasant to work with. In that location wasn't anything really going on. The people were mostly in their rooms. They had a dining room and an activity heart. They either need more assistance with their maintenance or they just need to adjust the things that need to be replaced. He is in the assisted living, and they had an outside contractor that is in charge of his direct care for showering, and taking him for meals. They're very adept also. My mother moved into Brookdale Farmington Hills 3 days ago. We liked that information technology was smaller, the screen-in porch was a plus, the staff is caring, and the sales agent was very warm. Everyone was very warm. Information technology was older, but it was fine and make clean. The dining room is really nice, comfy, and warm. The hot water could be hotter, but and then far she's enjoying the meals very much. At that place's bingo, something for dementia patients, and there's a beauty salon and a library.

My mom lives in Brookdale Farmington Hills now. We were looking for something reasonable and found information technology there. The services seem to be improve than I expected. Brookdale Farmington Hills was a warm and nice environment. They were very welcoming. Nosotros also liked the size of the rooms. We liked that Brookdale told us that everyone there has needs and that they tin piece of work with us. Information technology was much more of a friendly reception. Mom actually liked the way the rooms were set and that she could have a piffling screened-in porch fastened to her room. Information technology was an older place only I didn't detect anything bad. They had organized trips every day which was interesting to my mother. They also had game nights and she's excited with that. They had a community room where you could go coffee and only sit down there with guests. The manager met me late in the twenty-four hour period and she was happy to stay late to talk to me. She was very nice to help me and explain things to me in her office. The front desk person was very nice, also.

I was familiar with Brookdale when it was chosen something else. I liked their setup; information technology was also very nice. What I like is the fact that they have a screened in porch at the back and just that little area fabricated information technology homey. I besides liked that it was basically on one level, and there was access to dark-green space. What impressed me about them was their policy that if they did not hear from you by 10:00 AM, they did a wellness check. The other places might do that, only I was impressed with that. I am all nigh the little screened in porch at the back because that was only a really nice part of infinite.

Brookdale Farmington Hills is awful and old. They have remodelled the place a chip, only still information technology'south very old. The rooms are average, not really large. Brookdale Farmington Hills was admittedly beautiful and gorgeous in any way, shape, or grade. The problem was their toll. The rooms were very nice and a small cottage or hotel-type place, nice and bright, with a overnice living room common area. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, and had been there for a long, long time. They had a beautiful, enclosed courtyard. The food smelled very skillful while people were eating. It was very nice. They take outing, play cards and do craft activities. They besides have music therapy.

I chose Brookdale Farmington Hills because my dad had his own apartment, non simply a room. I looked at other communities where he would only accept a room, and everything else was shared. He was able to bring all of his furniture from his prior residence, which fabricated it feel more than similar abode. I think that the staff is wonderful; they have good care of him. He doesn't get involved in whatsoever activities because he has always been a loner, then he pretty much keeps to himself. I've bundled for them to come and get him for all of his meals, and I haven't heard any complaints about the food. Trust me: if he didn't like it, he'd let me know. The dining area is dainty. I just take one problem with it: residents take assigned times, so everybody has to be down at their assigned fourth dimension, but and so end upward standing around and waiting for their names to be called.

She had 2 dogs, and they allowed her to continue both with her, which became therapy dogs for everybody. The staff was wonderful. The nutrient was really adept. Information technology was clean.

I moved my mom in. It is roomy, information technology has a separate sleeping accommodation, a small kitchenette, and also a screened in porch in the back. I don't have a problem with the staff -- I take met them all. I met the managing director and his banana, and the girls come down and take my mother to breakfast, luncheon, and dinner. The food is good. They have omnibus trips, only my mom is not actually eager to go. They got a library and movies on Lord's day, bingo, and all kinds of stuff. I like the roominess of it. This is all a one-level facility with 160 rooms.

The thing that we liked was that it was competitively ranked. Most importantly, it had much more than space than other places in the surface area. Information technology has a front end room, a bedroom, and a bath -- kind of like a small apartment. That was an easier transition; some of the places we looked at are simply studios that were just a fleck too pocket-size. And then the configuration of the room was a major factor. It looked similar it was in good condition and well kept. The staff was friendly, too. I wasn't able to eat there during the visit merely afterwards, one of the staff brought over some food as a courtesy to my dad's current home and then he could endeavor information technology there. So that was added customer service. I think he was satisfied with it.

The facilities are make clean, orderly and generally well-maintained. It's apparant that the staff do what they can to make the environment comfortable and enjoyable for every one of the residents. The residents, of form, vary in their needs in terms of intendance and involvement, just each time I visit, I note that those who seem to really require assistance are provided with it, and those who are able to function primarily without assistance are afforded a comfy level of independence. The living arrangements are simple, simply dainty. The personal space is acceptable for one person, but I cannot imagine trying to fit the lives of two adults in one of the apartments. The apartments are equipped with bones kitchens, though the dining hall serves meals regularly enough to where my grandmother rarely feels the need to melt. Information technology seems equally though residents have all that they need, and much of what they would want. I frequently have to coordinate my visits then as non to interfere with my grandmother's social activities around the facility, including bingo, movies, musical performances and entertainment of any multifariousness. The facility as well provides some limited transportation to and from local businesses if or when residents desire to buy groceries, clothes or annihilation else available in a few local shopping centers. Planned trips to concerts or other entertainment events are also not uncommon, and while I'm not sure if interest in those trips is included in the monthly rates, information technology seems equally though my grandmother enjoys them enough to go on going. All in all, I'm happy to know that she enjoys her new living arrangements and that a moderate decrease in independence was at least mostly offset by socialization and activity, and that there was thus no appreciable decrease in her quality of life during what may exist her almost precious years.

They have the cheapest rates for what they offered out of all the facilities nosotros've looked at. The amount of money, what we needed, it seemed to be the best value. Information technology seemed to be a nice facility. The staff was very helpful and nice. They had a lot of activities in that location and they too had a rehab center on the site. They had a pleasant dining area and mom's room is spacious and brilliant. I know that the outside fire doors at the end of the hallways though are very difficult to open up for the older person, so I hope they can fix that. I am bodacious of leaving my mom in their care. I liked the identify overall.

While there, I noticed that the residents were socializing and eating their dinner and the food looked excellent and the residents conveyed to me that the nutrient also taste excellent as well. The California style looking cabin looks like a not bad but unique vacations resort getaway. The residents resort style living looks like they are on their holiday instead of living there. It is so very unique simply comfortable looking. Grand Courtroom of Farmington Hills offer infrequent Services civilities and opportunities for their residents. They as well offer their residents a Spiritual Based community as well in their facility. The facility is clean and does not smell. The surrounding suburban neighborhoods' are very beautiful and well landscaped, maintained and structured and is such a serenity and beautiful living area. The management and staff there are very nice and professional, team, job oriented in their job duties and their performances. They besides offering their residents special events and group activities. Information technology has a very contemporary mode décor and it is very well coordinated to match as well. The residents like it at that place and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone that is looking for placement for a friend or a family fellow member. Information technology is like living in a fabulous hotel in Phoenix Arizona it looks similar summer all year round with its unique structure. The staff treats the residents similar family and the residents there like it there. In full general, I would rank this facility on a five stars rating for its expertise and excellence. I know that the residents there receive excellent care there and they are very happy there as well.
